Through private Reiki sessions and sacred group offerings, Leslie creates safe, nurturing spaces for healing, growth, and community. Kathy Waddell, Yoga Instructor and Mindfulness Educator Kathy believes everyone can benefit from yoga, not only physically but mentally and emotionally.
