What Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways — directly from you, and automatically through Google Analytics.
From our contact form: When you reach out to us, we collect the following:
- Your name
- Your email address (if provided)
- Your phone number (if provided)
- Your message
- How you heard about us
- Whether you'd like to receive our newsletter (your choice)
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and, if you've opted in, to send you occasional updates about events and offerings at Ravenwood Reiki.
From Google Analytics: Our website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how people find and use our site. This collects anonymous data such as:
- Which pages were visited and for how long
- General geographic location (city or region level — not your exact address)
- What type of device and browser you're using
- How you arrived at the site (e.g., Google search, direct link)
This data does not identify you personally. We cannot see your name, email address, or any other identifying information through Google Analytics.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone — ever.
- We do not share your information with third-party marketers or advertisers.
- We do not send unsolicited emails or texts.
How Your Information Is Stored
Contact form submissions are handled securely by Netlify, the platform that hosts this website. Netlify stores form data on encrypted servers. You can read Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.
Anonymous website analytics are processed by Google Analytics. You can learn more about how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/privacy.
Payment Processing: For event registrations paid by card or Apple Pay, payments are processed securely by Square (squareup.com). For Venmo payments, transactions are processed by Venmo (venmo.com). Ravenwood Reiki never sees or stores your card numbers or banking information — all payment data is handled entirely by Square and Venmo under their own privacy policies. By making a payment you agree to the applicable terms of Square and Venmo.
Cookies
This site uses cookies placed by Google Analytics to distinguish unique visitors and track sessions. These are analytics cookies only — we do not use advertising or tracking cookies of any kind. If you dismiss the cookie notice on our site, we store that preference in your browser's local storage so the notice doesn't reappear.

- Right to know — You can ask us what personal information we've collected about you and how we use it.
